Jump to the line with the line-no or offset depending
on type of line number column if no L/O is specified.
C : lineno/offset of current updated status.
if omitted, that of status of at opened.
.label:search the line with this label.
insall|repall xxx : Copies the label command to the top of the text line.
e.g.) If xxx is "ok", then for the line with the label ".a",
"ok.a" is copied/inserted to the top of that line.
LOCate {filename|timestamp|filesize}

filename :When dirlist is sorted by filename,
jump to the line with the filename nearest to the
